Question: I am a US citizen (Naturalized). I am planning to marry someone from Morocco (she lives in Morocco). We plan on getting married in Egypt (that is where my parents live). My question is after marriage in Egypt, my wife will return to Morocco and I will come back to the States to file I-130: Once approved, where will my wife have to process the visa? Morocco or Egypt? I read somewhere that the application for visa (once I-130 had been approved) has to be in the country where the marriage took place (Egypt) yet she lives in Morocco.

(Sorry for the long post, described it as best as I can).

The interview will be wherever she resides. Where you married is irrelevant. The USCIS will forward the documentation to the appropriate embassy based on the address you provide for your spouse.

Bona fide marriage: photographs, emails, chat logs, phone logs, etc. from before the marriage, then photographs of the ceremony, reception (if any). Obviously you don't have much for a bona fide marriage if you just married..but really want they mean is that the marriage was based on a valid relationship out of love, and not just for the green card, so providing proof of your relationship before the marriage is sufficient.
