Please help me guys !! My frend had his AOS interview yesterday on 18 Mar, 09 . He didnt knew tht he had to take a medical exam here in USA too , as he had already had one b4 for the K1 visa in India. He was told yesterday by the immig ppl that he has to take the medical, after tht when he submits the results they wud take some decision abt the AOS status . Rest of his interview went gud he said. I have a question tht what r the possibilities of him getting the Green Card as they have not stamped his passport yestday . They said they wud notify him after he sends his medi results . please guide !! Thank u guys !!

Another medical exam is only necessary if the K-1 medical exam was more than one year from the date of applying for AOS.

It is what I understood. But you have to send the I-693A form anyway with your AOS petition. I can't find this form, can you help me guys ? I need it to take an appointment with a civil surgeon.
