i'm reading the site right now, and it says:

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On March 13, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Does that mean the case was actually approved?

They recieved it on FEb 23 and i don't think it can be approved that fast? Am I reading this wrong? no hard copy yet and i was finally able to check the status through the website today
