Email vs Regular mail DS-3032

[Do it both ways. Their e-mail system is very unreliable. It look 10 days for them to respond to my e-mail version of DS-3032 while my overnight paper version of Ds-3032 was entered right away. ]

Is there anyone who sent the DS-3032 both ways and it caused delays? The rep said they are getting a lot of angry calls because people did it both ways and are having delays. Just curious. My wife sent it via Yahoo e-mail and it took about 7 days to be acknowledged.

My wife used her "gmail" and used the e-mail version of the DS-3032 and she got a response the next day...that was yesterday, and when I talked to NVC this morning they said our package/bills etc..was put in the mail today and that I should receive it any day now.

Learn from my bad experience do not use the US government site to email your DS-3032. I doesnt work and you will not find that out untill they make you wait several days to say oh well we never recieved it. ( I Lost 2 weeks becasue of it)

You have to email it from the beneficieries email address and use the Email letter format from VJ guide of short cuts. It must come from the beneficiery

CUt and paste and add your information you will then get a conformation email that says they got your email if you dont get a conformation then they didnt get it. and yes some are getting approved 3032's as fast as the same day but I have not had that expereince.

Like we said, u must use the benificiary's e mail account to e-mail the DS3230 to make it legit. It can't be e-mail from the Petitioner... because the benificiary is the one choosing the agent. Once you used that e-mailed from the benificiary- the NVC will starts using that e-mail to do any correspondence with you...Goodluck!
