I began a new career as an English Teacher in Saigon today! I was told when they hired me on Friday that there would be a Vietnamese teacher that I would assist. When the time came for me to go to class I was informed that I was flying solo. No lesson plan, or any plan for that matter! I had to wing it for 3 hours. Needless to say I'm exausted.

Congrats Joe-Six!

Thank you. We'll soon see if it's a good fit. The school, or language center, has a few bad ratings online. I have a month to see if they're going to try to screw me ($). If I'm left hanging I'll be forced to return home. Time will tell I suppose.

is it dong au els? my wife goes to one of their school all the way on the northside. That school is not highly rated by my wife, she said it's sort of unorganized and sort of does everything on the fly. She only goes there cause it's so close to where we live. I'm sure it's probably better in the binh thanh district in saigon since there is more people.

I'm not sure if Dong Au is ELS or not. I'll PM you.
