how to adjust status after married here in US?????????

Hello everybody!!! I wonder how to adjust my status here in US after we are married ....

Please give me more information for all the things i need to do....what are the best thing to do????????

Hi,

First of all, you have to get married & send your AOS package.

AOS Package usually includes the following, but not necessarily for everybody. Keep in your mind that

each case and/or person might be different.

 Check in the amount of $1,010.00 for Application & Biometrics Fee.

 Six (6) passport-style photograph of Beneficiary.

 Form I-485.

 Form I-765.

 Form I-693 (in the Sealed Envelope).

 Form I-864.

 Form I-131.

 G-325 A Biographic Information of Beneficiary ( 4 Copies ).

 Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate & English Translation.

 Copy of Marriage Certificate.

 Copy of Beneficiary’s Passport.

 Copy of I-94 .
