FYI

the automated system for NVC still has no record of my cases. My K-3 has since been sent to the embassy and we have an interview date. Don't use the automated system :rofl:

Jiskat - did you pay the IV bill before the IV bill was generated? If so, that may be the reason why the status is showing as Not Paid. FYI...This is the same trap that Aruba fell into.

Yes we paid it even we still have no IV Bill Fee... I will just wait within 3 days besides we are going to send the AOS and DS230 Documents on Friday...

I got approved in about 240 days. The I-129Fs are taking longer than the stand alone I-130 petitions.

I am asking a questions concerning my father's tax info on our AOS package. He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcripts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package? I appreciate all your help and God bless!

I got approved in about 240 days. The I-129Fs are taking longer than the stand alone I-130 petitions.

I applied for 1-130 and 1-129F i guess what comes first.

Since you applied for both, both petitions will get approved at the same time (this is what has been happening over the last year) When looking at your time estimates, go by the NOA1 date for the I-129F.
