They told Rlt, that in order to send the RFE they have to have the petition in the Service Center, so I think that those that have been sent to security checks with FBI won´t get their RFEs until the petition comes back.

So, that means tha ppl that filed recently will clear quicker than ppl that filed a few months ago and are further in the processs???

Not necessarily, it means that people that are having RFEs sent already had their petitions back at the service center to be looked at.

I think so far no one has received theirs, I think the ones dated June 16th should be getting theirs today or tomorrow, so then we´ll know exactly what is required of us.

Yes, I did. They sent me the same email 5 times...a little weird, but no complaints from me!

It seems to me that they knew exactly when they were going to start sending all the emails and RFE's (The probably had to have 50 committee meetings to decide on the wording) So they were just stacking up all the files in some corner...and they dealt them out to their employees like cards to have them send out the RFE's and the emails. That's my theory on the no-pattern scenario.

Maybe they are filed alphabetically by petitioner's last name? Probably not.

I admire the patience and positive attitude you guys have!

I got touched again today, after yesterday´s RFE touch.

I got touched again today, after yesterday´s RFE touch.

The officer who talked to my fiancée 10 min. ago said there´s no way to say if the recalled applications will be processed before the pending ones getting RFEs.

So they will probably be processing it as soon as they get your RFE.

She also said there´s no way to know if my application is back in vermont, but the officer I spoke with yesterday told me it´s back there, so who knows..

Apparentely VSC is not that great on the phone either.

The only reason to celebrate at this point is getting RFEs. Before that happens, doesn´t matter if you are waiting since March 6th or if you applied in June 12th.

It´s all about which pile they are gonna pick to touch today.

One way or another, I think they´ll be the speediest possible, I hope the cases that were sitting there just waiting to be adjudicated will get processed fast and out of their way as soon as the RFE is back. I am hope this will be the case of these petitions that have gone through all checks and the recalled ones as well.
