VSC approved my I-130 in 40 days !....

Here is my Timeline :

I-130 mailed 01/13/09

I-130 received by USCIS 01/16/09

Check ($355) Cashed 01/23/09

NOA1 Mail for I-130 received 01/22/09

I-485 Package mailed 02/17/09

I-485 Package received by USCIS 02/20/09

Check ($1,010) Cashed 02/27/09

NOA1 Mail for I-485 received 02/26/09

NOA1 Mail for I-765 received 02/26/09

NOA2 e-mail for I-130 Approval 03/03/09

Everyone else who isn't approved through the VSC.

You will also notice people will curse and complain about the USCIS/Government when their things are delayed, RFI, etc..., but as soon as USCIS/NVC/Embassy approves them, they thank God...

Congrats on your speedy process :dance:

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I know every case is different. They see that I am little too old & too late for this process :crying:

Because I entered to USA on 01/05/1992, 17 years plus.

They have a kind of respect for me, just kidding....

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

09-22-2008 - Received Email from CRIS for I-485 "CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!"

09-27-2008 - Received Green Card in the mail!

07-06-2010 - NOA1

Thank you, I am not in a hurry. I came to USA 1992, If I have patience enough for 17 years plus,

I can wait for months & years to be PR.
