Nvm I got to talk to the USCIS and they said they have no update and they don't know when they will update the case only due the huge backlog that they still have.

She said I should keep waiting and they will contact me by mail if they need something else.

Has been 23 since my biometrics and I haven't heard from them :(

What do you mean backlog? Thats all the 'overload' with cases that they have right?? Because although you have been waiting a little bit longer than i have, it will be 2 weeks for me soon after the biometrics and i havnt recieved anything and i have been checking the website everyday hoping, but still nothing...

Sent USPS - March 3rd, 2009

Check Cashed - March 12th, 2009

NOA date - March 11th, 2009

NOA received by mail - March 14th, 2009

Biometrics - April 3rd, 2009

Interview letter received - April 23rd, 2009

AOS interview (approved) - June 25th, 2009

Green Card received - July 9th, 2009

They said there is a lot of cases that they still need to put online. So i think thats what they meant.

I just did our biometrics earlier.

Does anyone has K2 who's applying for AOS as well? I just wanna make sure about my son's biometric. He is a 2-year-old and they just took the fingerprint of one his right index finger and took a picture of him. The lady did it said that I need to wait for a second cos they'll gonna do mine (but I did mine before my son's if that's what she is talking about), then a guy approach me said that we're done and talked to the lady who did our biometric, then she said yes, but I'm little bit hesitate about it. :blink:

I just did our biometrics earlier.

Does anyone has K2 who's applying for AOS as well? I just wanna make sure about my son's biometric. He is a 2-year-old and they just took the fingerprint of one his right index finger and took a picture of him. The lady did it said that I need to wait for a second cos they'll gonna do mine (but I did mine before my son's if that's what she is talking about), then a guy approach me said that we're done and talked to the lady who did our biometric, then she said yes, but I'm little bit hesitate about it. :blink:

05-05-2009 - GC, EAD card, AP received. :D

i received an email from CRIS. my Current online status of my AOS is "Card production ordered". and my card will be mailed within 30 days.

Note: i didnt received my EAD and AP yet.. i thought my EAD and AP comes first before my green card.. anyway, it's still a good news to all march filers who have transferred their AOS to CSC.

Congratulations, wow!! that is record timing, I guess you won't need the EAD and AP if your card comes first. Did you do anything different?
