Im just trying to get my ducks in a row..

Once I have 90 days until my CR1 and my childrens CR2s are from expiring, I need to fill out an I751... and pay $465. If I put my children on the form, do Ihave to pay $465 for each of us? Or is that for all of us? Or is it $465 for one + biometrics x3?

The initial form is $465.00.

You will need to include $80.00 for the biometric fee. (total : $545.00)

This is what is says about other people listed on the form:

NOTE: Each conditional resident dependent, eligible to be included on the principal applicant's Form I-751 and listed under Part 5 of Form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $80.00, including dependents residing overseas pursuant to military or government orders, regardless of age.

So each person will require $80.00 for the biometrics.

I am pretty sure you can file for all your children at the same time, someone else can echo in on that.

In the case of adjustment of status from a K-2 or K-4 visa the AOS is filed separately at additional cost, but yes you can include your son if he has a 2 year green-card on the same I-751 when removing conditions, and the fee is just $80 extra.

The I-751 is for removal of conditions on residence. It is not for AOS.

It looks like from what you said, ♥Stiggy♥, it looks like you will pay the filing fee of $465 for yourself. If one of your children came to the US within 90 days of you, you can pay for your biometrics $80 and $80 for your child. If the second child, your son, is coming in 5 months, then that is after the 90 days from when you arrived in the US, you will have to pay another filing fee of $465 and $80 for his biometrics.
