i emailed my aunt's ds3032 using her email account 2 days ago but no response, so i emailed again today and still waiting for response but nothing..

i even made her a gmail account and emailed it again but still no response..

is it okay to try and try emailing it?

whats the problem?dont they get it?

i suggest you after you receive DS-3032 FOR YOUR AUNT from NVC scan it nd nd send it to her then tell to print nd sign up after she sign up tell her to scan nd sent it back to you then u can you print her DS-3032 with her sign nd send it to NVC via fedex thats my husband did nd it takes only 3days nd they response :thumbs: ..we also emailed our DS-3032 at 1st nd it takes 2 weeks before they response

have them print from computer, have them sign, send it to you and you send in, it will go faster, or they can send themselves if not to far or slow mail where they are

it takes them 3-5 days to respond to the DS-3032 email. If you have sent the email, no need to keep resending, you will get a reply soon.

They will reply both to the petitioner (if they have your e-mail address) and to the beneficiary within a week. Do not send multiple e-mails regarding DS-3032.

minimum they take 4 days to reply, I am telling from my personal experience. I email them many time for different queries and they take at least 4 to 7 working days to reply. but you need to follow proper guideline to email them.

coz in my case, when i emailed my ds3032, i received an auto response in just 8 hours and after a week a received an email again stating that they accept my choice of agent..

so im relying on my experience..and that until now i dont receive even the auto response..

We got our DS-3032 accepted after about a week. I don't even think there was an automated response. No need for applicant to sign it if it's submitted electronically.

Ours took 7 days from the date we sent ours.

So relax, and wait a few more days, and if you repeated this step, you will most likely get several responses in a row once they do. easier then said to wait...but that is all you can do. Luckily there are no holidays now, and no delays as happens for many who are in their process during the holidays.

I assume you used the short cuts as is advised...they save several weeks if done properly.

we emailed ours on the 3rd of feb and it took till the 11th for us to get a response. and no we didn't receive anything saying the received it until we got the email saying they accepted it.
