Is there a government office that records such documents? The birth certificate was required when Claudeth went through the process.

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

Yes, she will need it for the intervew and the AOS. She needs to get another copy from the government agency that handles this in her country, it also needs to be translated. For the interview, you will need to present the ORIGINAL (this means stamped by the gov't agency that issues it) a photocopy and an English translation. They will NOT forget to ask for it or say "oh, don't worry about it" You will not get your visa without it.

The initial I-129f does not ask for it, it is not need for the petition, it is needed for the visa. The petition, I-129f, is the "tip of the iceberg", you will need much more for the interview and more again for the AOS. It would be best of you took the time now to read through the entire process, it does NOT end with the I-129f, it begins with the I-129f. Download packet three, study all the forms and instructions. When you fill them out, go over them again and again and again before you send or give anything. Make sure everything is complete and matching THREE times (on separate days) before you declare it "finished"

Read the forums about RFEs, the things you will see there are the things to avoid

Evelyn is going back to Nigeria to get her police certificate and original birth certificate. He brother scanned the old birth certificate, and it is the genuine article, ragged and nasty. I told her to get a new certified copy of her birth certificate, not just for the visa process, but for any ofhter official requests that are made for it. It is simply a good idea.
