Hey, anyone else not get their appointment letter yet. I was scheduled on Thursday, February 12th and I guess they sent out that letter the same day. That's what the operator said. I still haven't recieved it yet. I live in Michigan (hubby designated me has his correspondence reciever). Should I be worried yet?

UPDATE: When May 15th arrived, Ali received a call to pick his Visa the following Friday, May 22nd @ 8 AM @ Accra Embassy. Apparently, they are behind in processing.

I still haven't received apponitment letter yet.

I was told my wif interview date is on March 04 8:30 AM by NVC

Now, i receive nothing from NVC.

What should I do?

Give them a call and speak to a supervisor, and see if they can resend it, or fax it. I would also email NVC with your case info, and ask for confirmation of the interview date and time, and so if you don't get the interview letter, you will have the email.

remember we had a holiday in there too. It took me a week to receive my AOS letter in michigan from the time they mailed it. Hope your letter comes soon.

Hubby and I agreed that if it doesn't come by Saturday then I am going to make some phone calls and talk to an NVC supervisor. Thanks for the tip to get the email confirmation! I will do that as well if the letter doesn't come by Saturday. Also, I am comforted that some of you just got your letter today.

My husband n u have the same interview date.. only that our consulate is in the Philippines...

I RECEIVED OUR interview letter today... Did u check your e-mail?some people said they receive their interview letter through mail.. I am sure it will b there tomorrow.. if still worried an u would like to have ur medical sooner, ask ur consulate if you could use the NOA2-APPROVAL NOTICE..to be used at the medical... Good luck!!!:)

My husband got the letter today....But I have not recived it as yet.....I called New Delhi Embassy and they asked me to drop them an E-mail and then they sent a copy of the letter to me on mail

Guess you can do that too
