Another CSC approval - 43 days !!!

Hi all:

We got approval letter today in mail that 751 is approved. When I saw others in csc got approved in 43-45 days, I kept my finger crossed...and there I got the surprise in mail today....

Total abt 43 days from start to aprroval. Online status got updated after biometrics but since than NO update. Just got approval letter in mail.

Thanks to all who helped...and good luck to rest of you in process....

Question is how long does it take for card to arrive after approval order ?

Congratulations! CSC is now processing Jan 09 files while VSC is still officially dealing with Jan 27 08. I'm so regrat now because I should have mailed mine to CSC instead of VSC, may be CSC was going to pity me and let me stay there since they don't have much left to do anyways :devil: . May be I should call the customer service tomorrow and request them to transfer me to CSC, don't know if that's gonna work and I think it's worth a try, if they're willing to do as I request, then I'll do a walk in biometrics asap and I'll be very happy.

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

Hi Raj0000, first, Congratulations! We are in the same boat, I had my biometric on Jan 27 and since then I never get touch, then Feb 14 I received an approval letter and Feb 11 was the date of decision.

Hi Married_my_love,

If you're concerned, you should call customer service and ask. Better be safe than sorry. May be push them a little bit, not too hard though. From the reading on this forum, some people got their approval letter in mail but case status online never changed. So better call them to find out, may be you're already approved but somehow the approval letter was lost in the mail? :unsure:
