Timeline

HEY GUYS I SENT IN MY 129F AND GOT MY NOA1 THIS WEEK...BUT FROM WHAT I WAS READING IN THE FORUMS IM A LITTLE SCARED ABOUT 1 THING THAT I SENT IN...MY FIANCE IS FROM GERMANY AND WHEN I WAS THERE I WENT TO TAKE PASSPORT PICTURES SO I CAN SEND IT IN WITH OUR FILE SO WHEN I CAME BACK TO NEW YORK I ALSO TOOK MY PICTURS BUT MY LAWYER SAID MAKE SURE ITS 2 BY 2...BUT MY FIANCE PICTURES ARE SMALLER IN THE PASSPORT FORMAT...IS THIS GOING TO CAUSE A PROBLEM???? SHOULD I TELL HER TO TAKE PICS AGAIN AND SEND THEM TO ME EVEN NOW SO I COULD SAVE TIME??? THANKS IN ADVANCE :star::star:

Please don't type in all caps. USCIS is pretty lax on the foreigner's passport pictures but the Consulate will not be. Make sure to have the right size for the interview.

sorry about that...ohh thank you so much i just want everything to run smoothly...ill make sure the pics are perfect for the interview...i believe they have the picture machine thingy at the consulate in frankfurt...
