All, why are you so surprised? VSC has transferred all its applications upto 15th dec or so to CSC. Thus only petitions left from past 6 weeks are left for them to approve.

Really??? Wow maybe we wont have such a long wait when we re-file in 2 weeks. That shuld make many very happy, and anybody at VSC needs some happiness with this process. Good luck everybody!!!!!!!

May 13, 2010 - NOA1 for AOS

May 17, 2010 - Biometrics letter rec'd

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

Maybe I should have gotten Tim to marry me in October when he proposed!! :lol: I could have come home...and he would have filed differently. Oh well...ours is going to happen...sooner or later.. :pop:

I hope all of you waiting will get your approvals soon then...

My timeline:

07/04/2007: Met in Myrtle Beach, SC

08/24/2007: Said goodbye in Myrtle Beach

09/06/2007: I deploy to Iraq & she returns to Russia

01/20/2008: I propose via webcam from Iraq

04/14/2008: I return from Iraq

07/24/2008: In Moscow to get married

08/12/2008: Married in Russia

09/02/2008: I-130 Sent

09/07/2008: I-130 Received @ Vermont Service Center

09/11/2008: NOA-1

03/24/2009: I-130 & K-3 APPROVED!!! Received update via email.
