I don't want to post my pictures in the wrong link. I just got back from Peru with my wife and wanted to share all the neat things we did.

USCIS

12/03/2008...Sent I-130 form

12/04/2008...Papers reached Chicago LockBox (1Day)

12/11/2008...NOA1 (7days)

12/22/2008...NOA1 hard copy received (11 days ~ Heavy Snowfall Delayed Mail)

03/14/2009...NOA2 (92 days from NOA1)

03/24/2009...NOA2 Hard copy received (No touches or web approval)

NVC

04/06/2009...Received by NVC (23 days from NOA2)

I don't want to post my pictures in the wrong link. I just got back from Peru with my wife and wanted to share all the neat things we did.

Look in the lower left hand corner of your original post. See the link to "My Photos" and click on it. Go to the "Upload File" link on the right side of that page and click on it. That will take you to the page where you can upload your photos to be posted on VJ. After your photos have been uploaded people can click on the "My Photos" link on your posts to see your photos. There is a limit to photo size and megabites of space you can post.

Waldo you SUCK!!!! I want to go to Peru!!.. I hope you had a great time. I know I always do when I am there. Cant wait to see your pictures. Glad to see you made it back ok

Dayum,I didn't know Waldo sucked,he seemed ok to me. :unsure:

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE
