U know there are lots of thoses Greedy and Just wanna Charge big amount when all they doing is just

Copying from the one paper to other paper and signed their name.

$50-80 sound reasonable but when they charge over $100, then u know u r getting ripped off.

SHould make name of the sugerons and its office on line to track who charge how much for the

VJers to know. So they wont get Ripped off by these fat greedy DRs.

thanks for posting this. i called a couple of civil surgeons asking how much they charge for transcribing the vaccination report to I-693. I found one charging $50. Most of them charge $140-195! Some say it's their price with or without the full medical, some would demand that they do the full medical or else the form wont be signed. Im not sure if these doctors simply dont know the process... or if they're doing this on purpose so they can get as much money as they can!

My medical was supposed to be $100. But they did not tell me on the phone that I have to pay for HIV and syphilis test additional $100.

And they wanted to charge me another $80 for measles vaccination.

(I went to the Healt Department for that becaue I didn't want to pay that much)

The doctor was nice and it only took 20 min until was done. But it was still a lot of money

The Civil Surgeon in Lawton, OK was firm in his fee of $250 for transcription, the same fee as the medical exam. I need to get my wife and step-daughters records transcribed and he still said $250 each. He said we might as well get the medical since the fee is the same. What a scam. I will be reporting him to the number you gave above.

Do to a high volume of calls you will have a 30 minute wait to report your designated civil surgeon is/was a rip off!!!

There are a large number of them out there too. They thing being designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons gives them the right to steal
