I pulled more guard duty than you'll ever know had to do my bit in the Bosnian theater. There were a few people that didn't get along here and it was far worse than Northern Ireland.

I've been to Northern Ireland before and thought it was the best place in the British Isles. . . at least as a tourist. Falls and Shankills Roads wasn't the place I wanted to hang around Sorry you had go through those experiences but there's no reason believe expertise in one region helps in another. Were you in the North during the Troubles? Unless you were I still suggest you keep it to yourself.

These things didn't happen to me. They happened to my husband.

When you were in Northern Ireland, did you see the political murals? Did you see the military towers? Did you see the remaining barb wire and the RIRA graffiti that still gets sprayed around?

Becca, even I who's only been in the US for 5 years, knows that there's no good thing such as good socialism.. all socialism for americans is just plain evil and bad..
