My girlfriend and I have only met five months ago, yet things developed quickly between us. We are both so in love with each other and we both take our relationship very seriously. This month I filed the petition. We badly want to be together and start building for our future. I'm just worried that CSC or the embassy may think that our relationship is bogus since things happened quite so fast. Do I have the reason to worry?

Like I said our relationship is legit and we are both very much in-love.

some people just meet each other within weeks and filed the petition and passed... so you are fine... just make sure you have enough evidence to prove that your relationship is real.. chat more online, send more emails, talk on the phone more, and send some snail mail to each other...

you have to prove to the reviewing officer that your relationship is valid and true. I had only known Claudeth for about a year when we filed and at the time had only met her once. We had no problems with any of the process because of the documentation submitted.

length of time doesnt matter

simple things to do are go to a museum together where you can take pictures and have the ticket stubs...

I went to a Yankees game where I had pictures of us in the stadium, the tickets, and a parking pass

Hard to refute that

Remember, she is the one to be interviewed in a few months. The obvious question is, what prompted her to look overseas through her best friend? Was she interested in rejoining her friend and getting a green card - and you happened to be available? Photos with her family together with you, different places you went together are part of the story. But if there is reason for the consulate to believe it's all about getting to the US, and not all about you, then she'll need to be persuasive during the interview. A second visit would help make clear that this is all real.

 Better to prepare all the answers than to close your eyes and think they will definately not question. If they don't question, good for you but if they do have the answer ready in a way that convinces the CO. All the best!
