Canada Post might as well be dogsled!

Just got an SMS from my GF she got the letter from the Vancouver consulate. Called her and she read the letter, which basically says go and download the packet 3 information from the website.

The dogs are tired but are now well fed. Good doggies!!!

hi, there! i think we're on the same boat. my fiance applied the petition last january 2009 and we had NOA1 29th jan. he mailed back RFE around march 25 and each time we check our case online it says 'pending' (we were touched once only - 17th march). now my fiance is on business travel outside US (he's here now with me!! till may 2nd and we dont have any way to check our status other than online USCIS but still to no avail. we're only both hoping and praying that his mails are now full of approvals and we'll work on them soon as he comes back to Michigan.

anyway, good luck to you and to all of us who are still waiting. i'm positive everything will turn out right in God's time. thanks for your time reading this.

Ya, I wanted to fax in the paperwork to the consulate but no point doing it until Tuesday. How do Canadians get Good Friday and Monday off? What a system.

Atleast you can fax it! For England, my fiance has to mail it back.

Got the NVC letter today. It was dated the 6th, saying they would send the petition in a week, but according to their system, they sent it that day. I hope its true..

I think they just say they will send it out in a week in case they are going to group the packets. In my letter it said the same thing, but they sent it out the next day and following day it was in Vancouver. Well not too much more time and London will have your packet.

London recieved my petition, etc. Hopefully Packet 3 won't take too long..but I don't think Heather+Nik has recieved theirs, and they will get theirs before my fiance.
