He made Bulgaria look like a toilet, Germany look like a swastika, and he left the UK out all together.

I am not really a great fan of 'installation' art - well, what I don't like are huge price tags for transitory works of interprative art. However, I have to say, those are intriguingly amusing, although I would prefer not to be coached by the 'captions that come with each picture.

Why are the Germans always associated with Nazis? It is such a small part of their history. When I think of Germany I think about October Fest, tasty beer, and industrious people. German ancestory is more prevalent than British here in an America founded by the British. Talk about type casting and stereotypes.

I think it's called a 'cataclysmic' event that has shaped the world consciousness. If you say NY city, chances are most adults will also think 9/11. It's just the way things are.

I went to Bulgaria with a girl I worked with in London. She was from there so I was able to experience Bulgaria like a local. It was fun and very beautiful buuuut I don't ever need to go back.
