Do the i-130 and the i-129 have to filled out using capitol letters...just need to know since just starting this process..shes from china..and im american...anyone may send messege or respond here...thanks....hoopy

I think it asks for the name in caps..lemme go check

Yes, just the names in caps

under "information about you" it says..name (family name in caps), same for "info about your relative"

I think i triple read the instructions and then filled out a sample form and then checked it 600 times..dont worry :)

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I really do not think it matters, but it does have to printed in black ink or typed
