I-130, I- 129 fee......one fee?

is it true that the $355 I- 130 fee also covers the fee for the subsequent I- 129 fee?

and in putting together our I- 129 package, how do i word this or show proof? do i just incluse a photcopy of the $355 check as well as the NOA1 stating the reception of the check and transfer of the case to the service center?

Copy of the fee payment is not needed but can be included... The NOA is needed as it is the definitive proof of a pending I-130.

enclose your NOA 1 & a copy of the check, just to cover your self, we had our I129F package returned due to no payment enclosed, even though it was shown we had paid for the I130,I had to write a letter to explain, that held our package up one month but we got it fixed, and now we are back in the waiting game I hope you don't have to go through that.. Blessings
