Our I130 and 129F were approved today. I called VSC and the lady customer rep was very cooperative. She informed me that our both petitions were approved today.

We would like to thank everyone for their support.

Good luck to rest of the fellow VJers who are waiting for the approval.

UPDATE: Just received emails from CIS regarding approval of both the petitions.

Called NVC today, They said that My I-129F Application has been sent to Mumbai consultate.. I live in southern india In andhra pradesh, our consulate is in chennai.. I dont know why they sent to Mumbai?

11-10-2008 I-130 upgrade request after becoming citizen

11-20-2008 Touch

12-01-2008 Touch

12-01-2008 i-130 upgraded.

12-30-2008 NOA2 - Approved

I-129F

11-07-2008 I-129F Sent Overnight Mail

11-10-2008 I-129F Received at VSC

11-13-2008 NOA-1 Receipt Notice Date

12-30-2008 NOA-2 Approved.
