Hey there,

Recently I came back home from USA but nobody took my I-94 away at the airport.... I have 2 of them (extended H2B visa).....

We applied for a k1 visa and currently waiting for our NOA2... meantime i am preparing myself for the the interview and honestly i am a bit worry about this situation, cause some people say that they sent their I-94 back to States as a proof that they are back in their home country. I still have them.

What do you think about this?

Is anyone else in this situation?

Is it even a big problem if i still have my I-94?

any advises are helpful

Thank you

ok...Thank you for replies!

I have wondered about the I-94s myself, having made more than 30 round trips to Brazil in the last 3 years I have yet to see someone collect the I-94s.

Does anyone know when or where they collect these from the people leavong the country.

Brazil has a form of I-94 but these are collected by Brazilian customs agents when you leave Brazil.

Everyone clears customs coming and going from Brazil, only upon entry into the U.S., or am I missing something?

They should take them when you leave the US. Collect them when you get onto the airplane.
