Nobody wants to try it and find out. The potential is that both petitions cease processing temporarily or permanently. Since there is no advantage to withdrawing the I-129F, just don't risk it.

Why find out? Let the sleeping dog lie. Anytime one makes out of the norm changes with USCIS sh!t can hit the fan. Wait till it's at the embassy level. Who knows you may have problems with the I-130 clearing NVC. Nice to have a backup!
