Should we be concerned? We rec'd our NOA1 Sept 15 and now we are waiting on our NOA2. I've seen people say what if it's taking too long and they send back an RFE? My lawyer told us we would have prob already rec'd an RFE had there been a problem? We have also had no touches? Does anyone think this is bad????

pretty normal... you typically do not get any touches until they are ready to review your petition... once they review the petition they try to approve or send an RFE at that time... otherwise it just sits in a box on a shelf with no activity associated with it...

I've had no touches either, for the entire wait, and we filed a month before you did... so don't worry, hopefully we'll get approved as soon as they open our files :D
