Hello all K-3's

Our I-130 was received on March 12, 2008 and our I-129F was received on March 17, 2008. USCIS internet page is of no help with it's late postings for processing dates and no one to speak with to get real information. In November, they only processed one week's worth of papers for the entire month. They are just a little over one week away from our date and yet they don't seem to be moving forward. They are supposed to update their processing dates around the 18th of each month and still have not done it yet this month, which is almost at its end. We are so very distressed that the closer they get to us, the slower they become and we see no end. I am not sure if anyone out there can be of any help on this topic, but my husband and I are needing to vent. :crying: Is there anyone out there who can give us some hope?

I feel your pain. :( We're tired of waiting, too.

In happy moments... PRAISE God.

In difficult moments... SEEK God.

In quiet moments... WORSHIP God.

In painful moments... TRUST God.

At every moment... THANK God.

If God brings you to it, HE will bring you through it.

God does not ALWAYS remove difficulties.

He uses them for our own good and His glory.

VSC has recently been clearing a lot of back logged Feb/March filers....hopefully you should be receiving an approval notice any day now.

Considering you are outside of normal processing times it would not hurt to contact your senator/ congressman.
