Passport No.xxxx, 2. my place of issuance should be Pasay, then the Country is Philippines.... the state/province should be Metro Manila, but I overlooked it I mistakenly put my province . I have Barcode now because I already printed it. I double check it but still I didnt noticed it....How can I change it into Metro Manila..... Help pls! :crying: :crying: :crying: Can I still print new DS 156? Would it be a problem in my interview? What I am going to do? Any help pls...Thanks , all suggestions will be highly appreciated. God bless!

Print a new one. You'll have to start over because you can't save the form. If you've already mailed in the barcoded form, then the embassy is using that information. They just scan the barcode and it quickly enters all your info into the system without them typing it all in.

hi! glad to see our interview dates are close by.

about the barcode, it doesnt matter. you cant reprint a new one and retype. i reprinted 3 pages with different barcodes cos im just plain stupid. but i asked an immigration lawyer if it matters and she said they dont matter really.

embassy will only use the barcode that you physically submit to them. the one typed online will and replaced and typed again with a new barcode will jsut be treated as an error.

good luck!

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV
