Hi all,

I just want to make if I should send it today or wait until tomorrow because I still have not gathered our pictures but now I'm thinking, do we even need to add pictures?

Also, I don't see in the in the Guides and the official USCIS instructions about copy of Passport, is it okay not to include? Here are the evidences I've enclosed:

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions of permanent resident status regarding my husband, [name]. Please also find a check for $545.00, the fee for this form plus biometrics fees and copy (front and back) of the Permanent Resident card of [name]. My husband entered the US on a K-1 visa. We are happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my husband. Also enclosed, please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

• Copies of our joint Federal Tax Returns for 2007 and 2006; 2008 Stimulus Payment letter

• Copies of [uS Citizen’s name] [Employer] Confirmation of 2009 and 2008 Benefits naming [husband] as Primary Beneficiary

• Copies of [uS Citizen’s name] Beneficiary Designation Forms for Basic Life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, Tax-Saver Retirement Plan and Cash Balance Plan naming [husband] as Primary Beneficiary

• Copies of [insert here] Dental Insurance Explanation of Dental Benefits and Dental Expense Claims for 2008

• Copies of our [insert here] health insurance cards and receipts

• Copies of our joint [insert here] Checking and Savings accounts bank statements from February to November 2008

Hello,

Looks good to me. I submitted like 10 days ago, and I did not send photos...I think you have enough evidence.

for the passport, i made a copy and sent it just in case.

Hope that helps

Good luck

Thanks for the passport copy response. I decided to add the pictures, so it's not going out until tomorrow [we're a week later from the 90 days but oh well]. I took 1-2 pics from each vacation and events with friends and family [it spans Feb 07 to Dec 08] and it added up to 10 pages. Printed it with 2 pages per sheet and it looks alright. Thanks again! Almost there.

A very important item missing from your list are sworn afidavits from friends.

http://www.visajourney.com/examples/USCIS_I751_Affidavit.doc

http://www.visajourney.com/examples/I-751_support.doc

Evidence of the Relationship. Submit copies of documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered in ''good faith'' and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws. Submit copies of as many documents as you wish to establish this fact and to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date, and to demonstrate any circumstances surrounding the end of the relationship, if it has ended. The documents should cover, but not limited to,the following examples:

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. (Such persons may be required to testify before an immigration officer as to the information contained in the affidavit.) The original affidavit must be submitted and also contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name and address; date and place of birth; relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and full information and complete details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must be supported by other types of evidence listed above.

my CA Driver's License has my old address so it's no good.

i am not including any affidavits, my understanding is...it's optional...and only if your other evidence are not strong enough. in any case, if they do request for more evidence, then we'll send them. the one evidence that i should have but i don't have at this time is our lease agreement. i verbally added him when we got married but we have not made an appointment with the property management to revise the lease agreement.

i think my evidence are pretty strong and they span the Jan 2007 to Dec 2008 period (bank statements, beneficiary info, letters, pics). so it goes...good luck to us all!
