Sugestions needed with AOS

Hi all,

A little background ... I will become a USC this coming Friday, and like to petition for AOS for my F1 wife. I feel I got all the info on how to go about it looking at the post and guides. But while filling out the I-864 it requires that I list 3 years of AGI (Adjusted gross income). Looking at the current support level I qualify for 2007 but not 2006 and 2005. My question is should I wait to file 2008 which I know is above the support level and file AOS or just go ahead and file with 2007.

We only included one year of tax info. On the form it says that it is optional to add the second and third years.

(Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years.

USCIS is concerned with current and future income to provide support, so 2007 is fine, and attach evidence of current (Recent pay stubs) and future income (Employer Letter).

You can always hold until you file 2008 tax return if you feel this will help.

Yes all is OK. I filed only one year of tax returns because that was all I filed in my life (at that point)! All was OK, I didn't get an RFE or anything.
