Hi all,

I just got my NOAS in the mail,four in total as for I-130,I-131,I-485 and I-765.

Am I supposed to get one for I-864?

05/06/09 Interview date @ 10AM in Tampa. Approved!

nope you wont get one for I-864...

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

The I-864 is supporting documentation for your AOS, that is why you won't get an NOA for it.

I-864 is a supporting doc for the I-485, just like G-325A is a supporting doc for I-485, you only get a NOA for the application it self not the supporting docs.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
