Thank you so much guys for all your immediate response..Got one more question, is it mandatory to have biometrics for AOS? i've been reading some of others timelines here and i've read that they undergo for another biometrics. I've done mine twice with my first biomet. date, i guess it was for EAD and AOS..

Thank you!

Hello all,

I am in the same position. I filed my AOS (with AP and EAD) at the end of Aug. And I got my NOA1 for those 3 at the first week of September. After that, I got a REF...:( And me and my husband got all the infos we needed and sent it out at the end of NOV. They got our papers and just last week(11th of Dec), I got an email from USCIS. IT said my case is transferred to CSC for further process.

Right now, I havent got AP or EAD yet. There is no touch since the time we filed when I checked it online. Dont you think it takes too long? Because it has been almost 3 months. I try to think that it takes a little longer since I got a REF... but does it usually delay those AP and EAD's process??

And since my case was transfeered to CSC, I started to think like I have to wait "forever" to get my greencard.... Seems like it takes longer at CSC, am I right? I checked there processing times at USCIS homepage, but they are still taking care of 2006's I-485.... How long does it usually take to get a green card? I heard it wouldnt take that long to get a greencard for those who came to the states with K1 visas..... I guess I was wrong?

I know everyone is just patient and all, but I started to worry. It seems like to me, CSC is the slowest office in the US to handle cases......

I hope to get some info about cases transferred to CSC. Thank you for reading!!
