Going around in ever-decreasing circles...

Given that we are pushing four weeks in administrative processing at NVC on a K1, and getting nowhere with them, we figured to give DOS a shot.

He has been trying on 2026631225, but this is what he found..

"I spent almost 30 minutes chasing the recordings around and got absolutely nowhere. All I could get was recordings and reroutes that lead back to the same recordings. There are no options that I have found that get me to a human operator."

We would love to hear from anyone who has found a way through this maze.
