Am a wreck... can't focus on anything.. to the point where I have lost over 100 points at scrabble in one night... can't sleep, can't eat... can't have a drink coz of bloody anti-biotics... and I don't know what to do with myself... can't watch tv coz the bloody cable service is down... can't read... have made a mess of the cross-word puzzle... am completely hyper - pacing around like a caged animal... and driving my loving mother insane... though to give her credit she has refrained from saying things that will make me erupt :blink:

I am also smoking like a chimney!!! :blink:

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

Go do some excercise - walk - swim - do yoga - whatever - you need to burn off some of that stress, and excercise will HELP. Really. It also keeps your mind from spinning and going over and over stuff.

Also you can't smoke while you're excercising (trust me, lol - and my smoking lately is very bad!).

Exercise is not an option it is too bloody hot... New Delhi in the summer is not bliss... am listening to music loud, very loud at the moment... it helps somewhat :lol: right now am listening to Mountain.. been listening to Free, Fuzzy Duck, Czar, Rush, Leaf Hound... and am jumping around a bit to it... hehehe listen to me excerise is not an option but dancing is... duh!!!
