yes, I see Oct 1 shipments using the EXP 30 SEP 2009A, but when I put in EXP 02 OCT 2009A there is nothing. lol i feel I'm saying the same thing over and over, but no one hears me ... twilight zone. thank you anyway. Good luck to all. I'm giving up on this thread. If that petition is ever approved, then it is. If it isnt', then God must have a different plan for me. I'm tired of this. Sorry, I know I might being over re-act here. But I just feel so frustrated about this AP process. Part of it was because that my lawyer told me that

AP could take up to 3-6 months. Couldn't even sleep or concentrate on anything those days. Feeling like crying any minute. All I can think of is this AP thing, and just feeling like I'm gonna be stuck in there forever. This forum has been given me so much relief. And I'm so happy everytime when I saw some body get out of this black hole. It really give me a lot of hope. I was just wondering. Have you guys heard anybody in K1 being stuck in this AP process for over 2 month?

I think part of our problem right now is it is holiday in China Starting Oct. 1 and lasting for one week. I have been in AP since Sept. 3 but just keep calling and keep the faith. I am starting to believe Ap is just a back log at the embassy.

YOU NOT going to be stuck there forever. If after 30 days, and God forbid that long, if still in AP at day 31 contact your Senator , see is he or she can assist you, its worth a shot. I know it sucks, and depressing, but you will get out of it.

I think they start getting backfires from our complains. The amount of mail shipped today is more then normal, in my opinion.
