I think I need alot of help!

Born in Michigan, moved to Canada and became a Permanent resident (Still US citizen). Been in Canada for over 20 years, married for 10years and have 3 amazing kids (wife and kids are Canadian citizens). I recently accepted a job in Arizona and have started working. I want to bring my wife and kids down and have no clue what I need to do. I just found this site and hope that I can get some assistance. I am searching this site, but thought I could start a thread for help & tips.

IR-1/2 visas tend to take a month or so longer to get than K-3/4 visas.

Simply file an I-130 for each immigrant.

One note, did you register your children's births to the US consulate and claim US citizenship, if so then you may only need to apply for a visa for your spouse.

Yeah I missed he started working. I don't know if he could get around that. I just helped someone that was as pastor doing a DCF for his wife from the Philippines. He wasn't working in the US and spending a lot of time in the US during the process. Didn't have any problems. I don't have any idea what's exactly what's required. Alls I know is DCF is a WAY better way to go and he should check into doing such.

Also should check into doing CRBAs for the kids.

Call me stupid... did a google search on CRBA and it keeps coming up with CRABs (I'm clean!)

I know nothing about any of this, I thought it was as easy as my wife moving down then starting a process... Basically I would like to move my wife and kids down and become dual citizens

The do if they intend to immigrate and live in the USA.

"eklondon" do look into registering children's births at the US consulate in Canada, It will save you form doing immigrant visas.

Chances are, you'd all be moving back to Canada after your wife is denied status for fraud.

If you spent enough time in the US after age 14, your children can get US passports and skip the visa process. Your wife needs an immigrant visa.

Then your children will need visas. They are not entitled to US Citizenship through you.
