Timeline

It seems that Vermont is moving fast now! I've just received an email saying that an approval notice was sent for my application to remove conditions on my residency! :dance::dance::dance:

Good luck to everybody still waiting!

May 19, 2004: I-129F sent to TSC

June 12, 2004:1NOA received (dated June 7, 2004)

July 28, 2004: 2NOA (online approval)

October 25th, 2004: GOT MY VISA!

AOS TIMELINE

November 17, 2004: Entered the US through ATL

November 23, 2004: Married in Des Moines, IA

December 14, 2004: AOS, EAD and AP sent to Chicago

January 31, 2005: AP approved

February 17, 2005: biometrics

February 17, 2005: EAD approved

September 19, 2005: AOS transferred to CSC

September 22, 2005: AOS petition received CSC

April 19, 2006: AOS APPROVED! welcome notice sent

April 25, 2006: GREEN CARD received!

REMOVING CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCY

Junuary 15, 2008: I-751 package mailed to TSC

January 29, 2008: NOA1 receipt date (petition transferred to Vermont Service Center)

February 23, 2008: Biometrics

December 2, 2008: APPROVAL NOTICE SENT!

:star: Congratulations, Micius for getting your 10yr Green Card!!! :star:

After such a long 11 month wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, Micius!

Good luck too on your Citizenship application and the rest of your immigration journey!

2009 ( 9 Months Baby Wait) "Expected": Baby. It's a Boy, Baby A !!! We Are Family, Ant+D+BabyA !

2009 ( 4 Months) "Moved": New House Constructed and Moved Into.

2009 ( 2 Months N-400 Wait) "Naturalized": US Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization. Goodbye USCIS!!!!

2009 (<1 Month) "Secured": US Citizen SSN Card.

2009 (<1 Month) "Enhanced": US Citizen NYS 8-Years Enhanced Driver's License. (in lieu of a US Passport)

2010 ( 1 Month) "Voted": US Citizen NYS Voter's Registration Card.
