Can child support be counted as part of your income for the I-134?

Hi everyone Just wondering if anyone knows if I can count child support as income for the I-134? My yearly salary is just barely under the 125% guidelines for a family of 5, but if I count child support then I am well over the 125% guidelines.

If I can't use child support then here's another question: Even though all three of my children live with me, my ex-husband claims one of them on his tax return. So, does that mean I only need to meet the requirements for a family of four, since I only claim two of the children as dependents?

Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated...I scanned the forms but didn't see anything about using child support as income.

From the I-864 instructions:

"If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income,or income from any other source, you may also include evidence of that income."

The I-864 is not used in the process of obtaining a K1 visa. It is used later in the Adjustment of Status (AOS) process.

Court ordered child support can be counted as income. All three children are part of your household by my interpretation.

Thanks pshbrk, I caught that and thought about editing my reply, but the 134 is often thought of (as I understand it) as a mini-864, and uses the same evidence rules (again, as I understand it).
