I checked my money order today, they have not cashed yet. What is going on?

I am sure you will see something on Monday.....I was kinda suprised to see activity in the bank on Saturday!

They took 2 months to cash mine. After a couple weeks I called USCIS and they told me not to call again until 30 days. At 30 days I called and they told me to wait until 60 days. I finally asked my U.S. Senator's office for help and it went through a few days later. If it doesn't go through soon, go to your local Senator or Representatives office and ask them to make an inquiry with the "Congressional Liaison Office" of your service center.

Sambs, you are only a few days behind me now, and you could even overtake me I guess a lot depends on how straightforward things are, and how busy our local offices are. I do not see anyone else at my local office (Philadelphia) even on the months before us.....

Yahhhh maybe that means that Philly only will have my application.....lol I wish!!!

i was just checking on the shipping status of the N400 application. turn out the USPS said "Your item was forwarded to a different address at 4:31 PM on December 15, 2008 in MESQUITE, TX 75185. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect." I am living in Alabama, I sent mine to USCIS,TSC, PO BOX 851204 Mesquite TX 75185. Does anybody has any idea what's the problem?

I guess it must have been forwarded to the National Benefit Center. That's where N-400 are being pre-processed.

You may need to see what exact address you wrote in your receipt. Some time people made a typo and the only way you can tell is by looking ant your receipt that you received from USPS. I am not sure if TX75185-1204 make any different.

Same thing happened to my N-400. I sent mine to Laguna Niguel, Ca. Now I get the same message from USPS track and confirm. It has been forwarded. To where they don't say. It has been the same message for 6 days now. 16 days since I sent it off and I don't even know if it has been delivered yet.

My receipt shows that i sent it to PO BOX 851204 Mesquite Tx 75185-1204. So i have no idea what's going on.

No received or priority date. No mention to how many days it will take or forward to NBC. The letter it self, indicates being sent from NBC

I jus received my NOA today, mailed on 12/11/08 form zip code 75067 (Lewisville, TX). The address in the left states USCIS PO BOB 648005 Lee's Summit, MO 64002.

No received or priority date. No mention to how many days it will take or forward to NBC. The letter it self, indicates being sent from NBC

What address did you send you N400 to? did you send it to TSC (Mesquite, TX), if so why you are getting a NOA from Lewisville,TX?

I sent mine to Vermont, but my NOA has the NBC address in the bottom left corner, I assume this is the same for so2008

so2008 did they cash your check yet, if so what date so I can update the list?
