AOS for K3 visa

My husband will be arriving here in the US this wednesday w/ a K3 visa. how soon can we apply for AOS and what exactly do we need to file? does adjustment of status consist of: I-485, I-693, I-765, I-131, I-864, G325A for fee of $1010 paid w/ 1 check? how much did u guys pay to do the I-693 from the civil surgeon?

We mailed the packet about 10 days after my wife arrived. It would have been sooner but we stayed a week in San Francisco (her POE) for a week to celebrate her arrival

The forms look right, but unless your husband is planning to stay out of the country for an extended time the I131 isn't necessary, the K3 is a multiple entry visa good for (2) years.

We paid with one check and were approved, however earlier today there was a post that another member's packet was returned for "wrong fee" with one check. (2) checks, (1) for AOS and (1) for biometrics seems to do the trick

JUST the vaccination supplement cost us $50, cash only, from the civil surgeon we went to (referred to as "Dr Greasy"). My wife was short a couple vaccinations so total I think was around $150. The civil surgeon, who was a provider on our PPO, did NOT accept or file insurance, again Dr Greasy took "cash only". Not even plastic even though he had all the CC emblem stickers on his window.

you can apply anytime after arrival and up to the date of the expiration of the K-3 visa...

I-131 for Advance parole not required

$1,010 is the AOS fee

Full I-693 is not required unless the foreign medical was more than one year before application filing

for the civil surgeon we paid $150 with shots and and TB skin test and another $50 for chest x-rays since the TB skin test showed positive.
