Not sure how many people work at the USCIS, but who signed your package at the delivery, if known?

I sent it to the address for private couriers, and today I received a notice that it was delivered and signed by someone named JCHYBA. The thing is, I could never see the delivery address on the fed ex tracking page didn't show up, it just said Chicago, IL. So I want to make sure it is signed by someone who actually works at the USCIS.

My timeline:

11-20-2008: AOS (I-485 & I-130) Package sent.

11-24-2008: Package received at 1.36pm and signed by JCHYBA.

12-04-2008: AOS Check was cashed!

12-05-2008: I-130 Money Order was cashed!

12-08-2008: Received my 3 NOA's and letter for biometrics

12-19-2008: Received RFE and another letter for biometrics

12-22-2008: Sent response to RFE back

12-26-2008: Biometrics appointment! -canceled due to holidays-

01-02-2009: Response to RFE received and case is resumed

01-13-2009: Second biometrics appointment - DONE YAY!

01-26-2009: APPROVAL of EAD!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02-04-2009: Received EAD card in mail and applied for SSN - Picked up SSN day after!

02-06-2009: Passed written test, got driver's permit!

02-10-2009: Received my SSC

03-20-2009: Interview! - RFE

04-14-2009: Brought the requested document to the immigration office.

05-02-2009: Received our 3rd RFE.

05-11-2009: Brought the requested document to the immigration office.

05-27-2009: Received green card YAY Thank you God

04-04-2011: Sent in I-751 Removal of conditions

07-08-2011: Approved!

07-14-2011: Received Permanent Resident Card! WHOOOOO HOOOO we are done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you GOD!

Hello there, I sent my package on Nov 13 and it was delivered on 14 @9:44 am. It says in my confirmation that it was delivered to L Box and signed for by L Box. Who the heck this person? I started to wonder, why the person's name who signed my package didn't appear. Your situation is completely antithesis of my concern. Nobody signed my package when it was delivered. It was only showing the address where the package was delivered. Isn't it weird? Anyways, I sent my package via USPS Express.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. I think you sent it to the other address which is just a box, so noone there to sign. It said, for private carriers send it to ... so that's what I did.

I used the address which is for private carriers tru USPS express. Do I need to worry?

omg....

express carriers = UPS, FEDEX , DHL

regular carrier.. =USPS (certified or express mail)

ur fine... the chicago lockbox is for USPS or non express carriers

I don't think it matters which address you sent the your AOS package to, it should still get to the same group of people who will look at them. One address is just a drop box and the other will have someone live to sign. They'll just see it and say how silly and laugh very hard :P

I sent mine via USPS express to their PO Box, and my delivery confirmation says "V.Bustamante" received and signed it, so that only tells wherever you send the packet, there is one person who will receive it :)

11-12-2008 Sent AOS, EAD, AP via USPS

11-13-2008 USCIS received the papers @ 3pm!

11-20-2008 3 NOAs

11-24-2008 check cashed

01-05-2009 Recieved Biometrics Letter on mail

01-12-2009 AP approved! / EAD touched

01-29-2009 Biometrics Done

01-30-2009 AOS Touched

03-09-2009 EAD Card Production ordered

04-07-2009 Interview

06-23-2009 Re-scheduled interview.. approved!

when will I file I-751?
