It seems to be about widows who are being forced to leave since their husbands died before they were granted permanent residency.

Yes, and a little disconcerting I might add. One more thing to think about for those of us who want to start a family. It seems the lawyers have their hands in the cookie jar again, considering three cases have been ruled in the widows' favor. Yet, the govt. keeps appealing.

The whole immigration process and homeland security is a bit overdone as far as I'm concerned....duh . I hope the new administration takes a look at the ridiculous, callous decision making , as well as the inordinate time for processing that ultimately led to this story being told.
