hello

i had my interveiw in the 20 th october and it went good and the officer he took my I 94 from my passport and he told me that i need new exam medical and when he will get just wait four weeks to recive my green card but and i did what i was told and till now i not recive anything even no update in uscis website so the problem i have right now that i need to visit home but i dont have I 94 is that will be problem at the airport

Call USCIS customer service or better yet make INFOPASS right away. Good luck to you

hello

You will need the greencard to re-enter USA....

Greencard (2008):

July 16....AOS mailed;

July 17.......AOS received
July 21.......NOA1 receipt date

July 23.......Check Cashed
July 25.......Received NOA1

July 28.......Received Biometrics appointment
Aug 12.....received RFE notice

Aug 13...Biometrics Appointment

August 19...RFE received, case resumed processing
Oct. 8.........EAD Card production ordered

Oct. 16.......EAD Approval noticed mailed
Oct. 18........EAD in hand (came in mail)
Nov 3.........Interview Notice received in mail
Dec 4.........Interview APPROVED, CRIS email: card production ordered
Dec 9.........Welcome noticed received in mail Dec 9.........card production ordered
Dec 14.......Received greencard in mail

CITIZENSHIP (2014):
May 7...Application mailed out

yes that what im trying to do but all available time is the 5th december but i m leaving before that

Just walk into the office with your question.

Unless your visa is expired, K3 is good for multiple entries, so you would not need the green card to re-enter. I understand your question is about exiting without the I-94. I don't think that's a problem but it is not a USCIS issue. You might want to call the local supervisor of the Customs and Border Control about that.
