Raquel,

When will your husband return? It sounds like you could use some help with everything.

I'm sure you have seen it already, but just in case you should really review and study the Step-by-Step Guide and take each step carefully. There is no sense being in a hurry and making a mistake.

take a deep breathe...

If you live in any state, the AOS application will go to CHICAGO.....

The proof of filing of the I-485 for the I-765 (EAD) is not needed if you file it together in the same envelope. If you choose not to then it would be the NOA1. I suggest you file all the applications all at the same time

YMMV

You do not need to file AOS within 90 days - you only need(ed) to be married within that time. My advice would be to wait until he returns so he can help (not that I doubt you could do it, but it sounds like you could use his assistance). That's what we (husbands) are for..

U ARE RIGHT, I really would like to wait for my husband but I want to get done my papers cos I had an important offert of job here and I cant do too much without adjust my status and employment authorization. I will try to do my best and if I need more proofs definitly I will have to wait for him, we are always in contact but isnt the same as well as is hard staying lonely but what can I do I love my husband no matter what.

Thanks you all for advicers and time! so I will email all my papers to Texas USCIS and I already read how to made money order hihihihi

You do not have to file for AOS within 90 days. There is really no emergency to send the papers right now. You can wait till your husband comes back home and can help you with it all. All the best
