Today Nov 21,2008, when I check USCIS website I see new update, we are touched!!!dated 11/20<I was nervous i thought we are already approve, but when i check our case status it is still Pending, I hope we can get approve this week, at least now I am relieve & somehow I can see hope. Good luck to us waiting for so long.

This morning I check again our case status we got another touched but with RFE. I still don't know what RFE is this, because its still in my husband's mailbox and he's still at work now. Will update later.

1-130 SENT FEB.19,2008 NOA1 - FEB 29, 2008 TOUCHED 5/7, 5/8

1-129F SENT MAR 22,2008 NOA1 - MAR25,2008 TOUCHED 4/17

RECENT TOUCHES ON BOTH PETITION: 11/20

Can you please tell me when people sais "touched" what that mean? I didn't see any touches on my case. Thank you

Svetlana a touched means that the case is being updated/reviewed/adjudicated by the CIS officer whoever assigned to your case.

Svetlana a touched means that the case is being updated/reviewed/adjudicated by the CIS officer whoever assigned to your case.

Here's an update: My both applications were touched on 11/21/2008 and pending.
