look at your profile on the USCIS website and wait for the snail mail. for your NOA2

US post. My case still shows pending on the USCIS website, and I was approved Sept. 5th. That website is kinda useless, except for looking at touches.

I did a research on all vsc approvals in the past two weeks. All of them got notified via snail mail. Some never even got the hard copy noa2. Their cases were forwarded to nvc directly.

First, we received a letter from VSC saying that the expedite request was denied because I-129F was approved earlier that morning.Then we called NVC and learned that both petitions were there. The day after, we received NOA2 for both petitions in the mail.However USCIS website still says pending.

IT'S LIKE THAT THE USCIS WEBSITE IS USELESS,BECAUSE SOME NOA2 RECEIVED BY MAIL BUT IN THE WEBSITE IT IS PENDING,SO IT MEANS THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE WEBSITE?

My case was first updated on the USCIS web site. Both Petitions showed Approved. A week later I received the NOA2 in the mail. My case arrived at the NVC the same date as the NOA showed in the mail.

Hi,

For the recent approvals thru VSC, how were you notified by USCIS?

Our cases showed touch on Nov 4th but nothing else. NOA2 arrived in the mail a few days later. I never receive an email as to activity even wwhen I had this option checked on the web site.

Anyway NVC forwarded the file today to consulate. Let's hope it is not into another black hole.
