I called immergations last week to find out has any thing happend on my case and how mush longer .. his reply was well with draw your k-3 visa and have him come on a visa waver then ajust his states.. only thing you will loss is your 455 dollars !! or get medical saying you have a hard ship.. :o:bonk: well it all sound sooooo good but visa faud is not my ame!!

so i will waite but he did say that vsc is working on march as of right now and it could take 6 to nine months more !! being lonly and miss my new husband drive s me crazy but i will waite cause he is the best and i love him so mush!!

yes i can't belive he said that to me as well very tempting !! my husband and i deside he will come here to vist me and wait together and fly home when its time there has to be a better way!! i just had a birthday and had to celeabrate on line i am reduce to haveing my marrage and my new love thew a cumputer ;)

ok think i am getting this a little blonde

new here trying to get around this and stomblei!!!

Tried to in sert hubby and me photos but always says to big !

just joined last week intersted to hear others stories and time lines filed aug and sept hubbie coming from australia!

Been so long since i have seen him ! So any form AU need to know dose my hubbie need to go to sidney to get interview! He is in melbourne!

when you decide to post thread for "NO approvals and NO touches", thats when all the approvals are flooded from VSC. This is great. I say we should post this thread every week, so hopefully we'll get our approval soon. :yes::no:

I can hardly believe it! I received two CRIS emails just a few minutes ago and our I-129F and I-130 have been APPROVED!!! My Congressman's office checked into our case this week so maybe that was the extra push that was needed! Thank you all for your encouragement over the past months. You all remain in my prayers that you will be soon reunited with your loved ones!

Yep Yep yep . i got approved too yesterday nov,19. I saw few approvals today from VSC , wow they are working finally. few people only here . it must be thousands got approved this week. well that's a good news for everybody. Good luck

How'd the meeting with the congressman's aide go?

Guys look like there was an approval from last week posted today. For Debbie has a I-129F NOA on March 24, 2008 and got approved last week. They found out by calling VSC customer service. How do you reach VSC?
